01

A storefront that belongs to your business

Launch with your own brand, domain and customer-facing policies. You collect sales revenue through your store and set customer prices; supplier costs, shipping, payment processing, refunds and operating expenses determine what remains. This is a retail business, with ongoing customer responsibilities.

  • Branded categories and product pages
  • Your customer pricing and support process
02

Automatic orders for approved integrations

For connected, approved suppliers, eligible orders are placed automatically using the agreed purchasing workflow. Before launch we test item matching, addresses and supplier acknowledgment. Rejections, unavailable lines and unsupported destinations need an exception path rather than a silent promise to the customer.

03

Stock and prices that keep up

Authorized feeds refresh inventory and prices automatically at the cadence the supplier supports. Configure stock buffers, category pricing and unusual-cost alerts. A feed timestamp matters: scheduled files are not live inventory, and an old successful update should not look like a fresh one.

04

Start with a catalog you can support

Choose the parts families, shipping regions and supplier relationships that fit your business. We scope product-data rights, fulfillment charges, returns and customer support before adding breadth. Appliance model and manufacturer part numbers deserve attention wherever fit depends on the exact component.

BEFORE YOU START

The useful questions.

What is possible depends on your data, existing systems and the way your business works.

Can I sell without holding every item?

Yes, when an approved supplier ships eligible items directly. Stocked products and supplier-direct items can coexist, with shipping promises and return responsibilities defined for each.

Are supplier accounts automatically included?

No. Eligibility, data access, payment arrangements and shipping permissions require supplier approval. We confirm the usable integration before promising a launch scope.

What happens when a part is unavailable?

Inventory rules can reduce or stop availability. Supplier rejection after checkout goes to review so you can resolve substitution, cancellation or refund appropriately.

Does the store guarantee profit?

No. You collect sales revenue at your chosen retail prices. Actual profit depends on costs, demand, refunds and operating decisions; supplier credit is not the business model.
