01 / THE FIRST LOOK
01

A direct route from discovery to checkout

Present the attraction, answer visit questions and let guests choose dates without losing the event’s identity. The website and ticket confirmation should agree on the venue, entry window and admission purchased.

  • Your domain and event identity
  • Clear ticket and arrival instructions
02

Separate the costs before comparing

No Anyweb per-ticket platform fee does not mean free ticketing. Your proposal identifies build or setup, hosting, maintenance and support costs. Payment-provider fees and any agreed third-party tools remain separate unless explicitly included. Refunds, disputes and optional services can also affect costs.

  • Compare the complete cost for your event
  • No invented savings or revenue guarantees
03

Admission rules that reflect the venue

We can scope ticket categories, date selection, timed entry and capacity limits around your operation. A family session may need different rules from an evening show. The organizer supplies venue limits, entry policies and the staff process for exceptions.

  • Define availability by date and session
  • Explain group, complimentary and repeat admission
04

Make the gate part of the project

A QR code needs a useful check-in workflow behind it. Agree how staff handle used tickets, the wrong date, partial groups and a guest who cannot find their email. Device setup, connectivity and contingency procedures belong in launch testing.

  • Clear accepted and rejected states
  • A named escalation path for staff

BEFORE YOU START

The useful questions.

What is possible depends on your data, existing systems and the way your business works.

Is there an Anyweb charge on every ticket?

This offer has no Anyweb per-ticket platform fee. The agreed project, hosting and support arrangements are documented separately.

Do card-processing charges still apply?

Yes. Rates depend on your provider, account, payment method and transaction. We identify the payment setup before agreeing the build.

Can the site sell timed tickets?

Yes, timed entry can be scoped. We agree session capacity, booking cutoffs, holds and how staff handle late arrivals.

Is custom ticketing always cheaper?

No. Compare the complete project and operating costs with your current arrangement and expected volume. We do not promise a particular saving.

FREE DEMO BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Let’s make the first version useful.
