Publish a product once, with room for each store’s identity.
Two stores can share accurate product facts without sharing every merchandising choice. Anyweb builds controlled product publishing that distributes approved images and specifications while preserving the local fields each brand owns.

01
Choose a master product record
Decide where manufacturer identifiers, technical specifications and authorized media are maintained. Map each destination product and variant to that record using stable IDs. A shared SKU can help matching, but duplicated or changed SKUs need a review path rather than a blind overwrite.
02
Assign ownership field by field
Specify which facts are shared and which stay local: retail price, promotional copy, collection membership and storefront title often differ. A merchant override should remain locked until intentionally released. Show a proposed diff so reviewers see the actual impact before a sync.

03
Control which products reach each store
Give each destination its own catalog eligibility and publishing decision. A product can remain a draft in one store while active in another. Copying technical facts should not automatically expose a restricted product or activate an unfinished listing.
04
Treat changes and removals differently
A new image, a variant retirement and a missing source row are distinct events. Shopify productSet list fields can remove omitted entries, so synchronization needs explicit list-handling rules. Preserve mappings, log conflicts and require deliberate treatment of variant or product removal.

Catalog Control documents multi-store coordination and catalog workflows. The shared-versus-local ownership model here is a proposed configuration, not a claim about every deployed field.
Coordinate stock across Shopify stores with shared SKU mapping, reservations, buffers and failure alerts while keeping each brand’s retail prices independent.
